Abstract

성인 건조두개골의 파노라마 X선사진상에서 panoramic innominate line을 확인하고, 경북
대병원 치과에 내원한 환자들에서 상악동을 포함하는 상악골 및 인접 안면골에 병변이 없는
10대에서 50대까지의 남녀 각각 300명씩의 파노라마 X선사진을 대상으로 panoramic
innominate line을 유형별로 조사분석하여 다음의 결론을 얻었다.
1. panoramic innominate line은 조사된 모든 환자들의 파노라마 X선사진상에서 상악동의
외측 1/3을 수직으로 주행하는 방사선불투과성의 선으로 관찰되었으며, 좌우측의 형태는 동
일하였다.
2. panoramic innominate line의 형태는 전체적으로 concave형 (69.2%)이 가장 많았고,
convex형(12.5%), flat형(9.0%), uneven형(8.3%), obliterated형(1.0%)의 순으로 나타났으며,
이러한 양상은 성별 및 각각의 연령별군에서도 유사하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the incidence of the types of the
panoramic innominate lines in panoramic radiographs of the patients who had no
pathoses in the maxillary sinus and adjacent bony structures. And all panoramic
radiographs were obtained in standard position.
And the following results were observed:
Panoramic innominate lines were observed various types of vertical lines running
across the outer third of the maxillary sinus in all examined panoramic radiographs. And
types of them were similar in the right and left side of each patient.
The types of the panoramic innominate lines were observed most frequently as
concave type(69.3%), followed by convex type(12.5%), flat type(9.0%), uneven type(8.3%),
and obliterated type(1.3%) in descending order of frequency. According to the age and
sex, convex type was also observed most frequently in all examined radiographs.
